The Tarbay Botanist
The Tarbay Botanist Limited was established in 2019 and is a family run distillery with the aim of producing a local gin to the Windsor market.
Their gins are created using botanicals that whenever possible are either homegrown or locally sourced. The Windsor Batch Gin has recently received bronze in the International Wine and Spirits competition.
Oakdale Bees
Oakdale Bees is set in four acres of wild meadow fields which border Royal Windsor forest. The Apiary was founded in 2015. Elisabeth has fulfilled a lifelong passion to care and work with bees.
In the company’s early days, the house was filled with the sweet smell of warm beeswax, but the growing operation recently moved to a dedicated site in their wild meadow fields.
